Dr Lisa Weston
Clinical Psychologist/ Company Director
BSc (Hons), DClinPsy.
Chartered member of the British Psychological Society
HCPC Registration Number: PYL33501
Hi. I’m Lisa, a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of experience in supporting neurodivergent people, both professionally and in my personal life. I have always loved working in this area, and became aware early on in my career about the need for more understanding, support and services for autistic people and those with ADHD.
This led to me completing my doctoral research in this area whilst completing my clinical training. Since qualifying in 2016, I have worked within a range of settings, including with autistic adults with and without learning disabilities, and with children who have experienced developmental trauma.
In my most recent NHS post, I worked within a children and young people’s Autism and ADHD diagnostic assessment service. This work really helped me to recognise the need for access to prompt, thorough and supportive assessment, in addition to more support following diagnosis.
I am enthusiastic about offering both of these services in a neuroaffirmative way. To
me, this means working collaboratively with people, supporting them to explore and understand their differences, and to celebrate their strengths.
In my spare time, I love spending time with my family, reading, running and anything Disney or Harry Potter related!

Claire Chadderton
Speech and Language Therapist
BSc (Hons), PGCE Primary Ed, MMedSci Human Communication Studies. Member of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists
HCPC Registration Number: SL18402
Hi. I’m Claire. I have been qualified as a Speech and Language Therapist for 19 years. I started my career by completing a Psychology degree, before going on to complete a PGCE in primary education with a focus on special educational needs, and working as a teacher.
Through my teaching work, I became interested in the field of speech and language therapy and its importance in supporting people with a vast range of different needs. Since qualifying as a Speech and Language Therapist, I have worked with adults with Learning Disabilities, in both community and inpatient settings.
I have also worked in a secondary Special Educational Needs school, and in neurorehabilitation and forensic teams. These roles have helped me to develop my interest and experience in neurodivergence and led me to pursue one of my current NHS posts, where I work within an adult Autism diagnostic service, supporting both the assessment and postdiagnostic process.
In my spare time, I enjoy climbing, running and being in the countryside.

Dr Bianca Vekaria
Clinical Psychologist
BSc (Hons), MSc, DClinPsy.
Member of the Association of Clinical Psychologists
HCPC Registration Number: PYL040559
Hi. I’m Bianca, a Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of experience in supporting
neurodivergent people. I am passionate about working in this area and have learnt a great
deal from the clients I have had the pleasure of working alongside.
After completing a Masters in Neuroscience at University College London and a Doctorate in
Clinical Psychology at The University of Southampton, I have applied my learning to a range
of different contexts and worked with individuals facing complex challenges in the NHS and
private sector. I am currently working as a Senior Clinical Psychologist in a Children and
Young People’s ADHD and Autism NHS diagnostic service, where I have learnt the
importance of completing high quality assessments and timely post-diagnostic support. Prior to this role, I have worked in both inpatient and community Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS). I am particularly experienced in supporting young people and their families with mental health difficulties, as well as people struggling with the effects of trauma.
I believe in empowering clients and sharing helpful tools and insights to help them confront
the difficulties they may be facing in their life. It is important to me to be able to do this in a
collaborative way based on what is important to the person in front of me and their strengths.
I strive to offer a compassionate, non-judgmental and safe space for people to feel listened
to and understood.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, being outside in nature
with my puppy, travelling, paddle boarding and tending to my many house plants!

Issy Burge
Occupational Therapist
BSc (Hons)
Sensory Integration Level 3
HCPC Registration Number: OT43890
Hi, my name is Issy and I am a registered Occupational Therapist (OT) with over 19 years’ experience as a Sensory Integration Practitioner (level 3) since 2022. I have predominantly worked within NHS settings (adult community mental health), but for the last 2 years I have also been working privately offering sensory assessments. I completed my BSc (Hons) Occupational Therapy at Northampton University and my Sensory Integration training through Sheffield Hallum University (online).
While the main area of expertise has been working in adult mental health services , I became increasingly aware of and passionate about working with autistic and neurodivergent individuals, exploring their unique experiences and sensory preferences.
After working within adults, I decided to move to CAMHS to gain experience of working in an autism assessment pathway. I have learnt and continue to learn so much from the young people that I work with around their autistic preferences as well as supporting them to thrive in the world.
In my spare time I enjoy working out , running (I am usually training for something) and open water swimming... the colder the water the better! I have also been told I have too many houseplants... not that I think it’s possible! My family are also very important to me and I am constantly learning from my children how the world is seen through their perspectives, and to be curious about their young minds.
In addition to supporting neurodevelopmental assessments within the NHS and at Neuro Coral Psychology, I also offer private sensory assessments for both children and adults. More information about this can be found here: Sensory Insights
